Site Overview

AXAonline is designed to be simple to use. The site has 6 navigation tabs.

Login/Registration

Simply enter your User ID and Password in the login Field. If you are still using your SSN as your User ID, you will be prompted to:

  • Validate your e-mail address
  • Create a new, self-defined user ID. IDs must have 7-18 characters and must include at least one number and two letters
  • Create a secret question and answer

Passwords must have a minimum of six characters, must include at least one number, one letter, and are case sensitive (AXA123 is different from axa123). Please note that you will automatically be asked to login if you attempt to use a feature that requires you to login or if you have timed out for security reasons.

Registration

In order to register for AXAonline, you must be a client of AXA Equitable or AXA Advisors. If you have not registered for our online access, registration is a one-time process to establish your User ID and password and provide you immediate access to your account information.

To complete registration, you will be asked to provide the following information:

  • User ID (Social Security or Tax ID Number)
  • Password (same as EQAccess/AXA Advisors)
  • E-Mail Address

If you have not accessed your AXA Advisors or AXA Equitable account/policy information online before, please provide the following information to complete registration:•  Social Security Number

  • Date of Birth - This is the date of birth of the Insured or Annuitant not the owner
  • Policy/contract number
  • E-mail address
  • Creation of a User ID of your choosing - ID must have 7-18 characters and must include at least one number and two letters
  • Creation of your password - passwords must have a minimum of six characters and must include at least one number, one letter and are case sensitive (AXA123 is different from axa123)
  • Creation of a secret question and answer.

Resetting Your Password

If you have an individual account/policy using a Social Security, Tax ID Number or User ID, you can reset your password online using our Password Reset form.

If you are an AXA Advisors’ financial professional and you need to reset your password, please call the Help Desk at (877) 364-2172.



Logging Out

The Logout function provides a safe way to end your AXAonline session. We recommend you logout of our web site to protect your personal information. For security reasons we will automatically log you out after 30 minutes of inactivity. Additionally, we recommend that you close your browser window after logging out.



Functionality

After logging in to AXAonline, many of the content areas on each of the tabs have title bars (for example; Financial Focus and Market Brief) and a set of buttons that allow your to configured the presentation of the page.

The buttons include Minimize, Edit and Detach.

  Minimize hides the particular content area. When the area is minimized, only the title bar is visible. After minimizing an area, the Minimize button is replaced with the Maximize button, which can be used to redisplay the channel.

  Edit provides a way to customize the layout for areas such as the Newsfeeds.

  Detach allows you to separate the channel from your page and view it in a separate window.

My AXA Financial Holdings
On the Accounts & Trade tab, this area provides summarized account information. Clients also have the ability to get their transaction-level information by clicking on one of the accounts.

If you are not seeing all of your account/policy information in this channel, please contact Customer Service at (877) 222-2144 for assistance. Please note that for mutual fund-only accounts, only AXA Premier Fund holdings are available for display at this time.

Advice & Service
This channel provides the name(s) and web site link(s) for your financial professionals. You can click on a financial professional's name to view more information about them.

My Watchlist
My Watchlist tracks the performance of your selected securities throughout the day. The Watchlist allows you to track pricing and volume on a specified set of securities with data updated every 20 minutes. This tool organizes securities into a tabular display that uses color to distinguish the gainers and losers. In this layout, green indicates that the price is up, while red indicates that the price is down. With the Watchlist, you can track the following performance values: current price, price change since last closing, and percent change since last closing.

The Watchlist tracks a default set of securities; however you can delete these securities and add your own set. The "Watchlist Pro" can be detached from the home page and sit independently on your desktop. With the customization capabilities of the Watchlist Pro, you can change the table color scheme, refresh the screen for updated data, and sort data in ascending or descending order based on the contents of a column. In addition, you can set alerts for pricing and volume by specifying a desired target.

Newsfeeds
The Newsfeeds area provides current headline news, business news and market updates from well-known sources. This information is updated frequently with current news.

Weather
The weather forecast is updated three times a day.



Customizing AXAonline

The AXAonline tab pages divided into two columns. On some of the tabs, you are able to modify the layout of the content in these columns by selecting either the Choose Content or Change Layout links near the top of the page.



Updating Your Profile

The personal profile provides a way for you to view or modify personal information, including your password, e-mail address and phone numbers. To modify your profile information, click the Update Profile link near the top of the page.



Search

The Search feature allows your to search information found on AXAonline. Please note, this function does not search newsfeed content.
